He thrives on creative energy, people, deadlines and organization, all of which fuel his purposeful approach to creativity.
While trends are necessary to keep things fresh and engaging, if a certain trend doesn't make sense for a brand at the moment, it shouldn't be used just to look cool.
On the flip side, purpose without creativity, exploration and excitement won't attract a brand's target audience.
